Dr. Foor joined the practice in 1993 after the sale of a large practice in Maryland. He graduated from the University of Georgia Veterinary School in 1973 followed by two years of post-graduate work at the University of Minnesota in both medicine and surgery. His professional interests lie in orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, reproduction, oncology, clinical pathology and metabolic diseases of geriatric patients. Dr. Foor is active in both civic and Masonic organizations. He served as both Planning Commission Chairman for Queen Annes County and commissioner on the Critical Area Commission for the State of Maryland for 10 years. In 2009, he received the County SPCA Animal Kindness Award. Dr. Foor was the president of the DVMA in 2010. He lives near Lewes with his wife, Diane, and their beloved dogs and cats. They both enjoy antiques and gardening as well as traveling to the Caribbean.
