Dr. Bernard Brown graduated from Michigan State University, Cum Laude, with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Originally from Quincy, Massachusetts, he first practiced in the Boston Area prior to moving to Dover, DE in 1975.

Doctor Brown is the past owner of Dover Animal Hospital and Haven Lake Animal Hospital and is a current owner of Delmarva Animal Emergency Center.

He has 5 children, ranging from 23 to 48 years old.

Doctor Brown specializes in small animal medicine with a special interest in surgery, especially ACL, dentals, and abdominal surgeries.
